How to use

Pour room-temperature water into the lower boiler up to the level of the safety valve, avoiding overfilling. Add ground coffee specifically prepared for moka pots into the funnel; do not press the coffee down and avoid very fine grind. Assemble the moka pot and place it on low heat. Allow the water to rise slowly through the coffee; when the brewed coffee has fully filled the collection chamber, remove the pot from heat. Serve immediately to capture the fullest aroma.
