How to use

Fill the lower aluminium chamber with water up to the safety valve level, place finely ground coffee into the filter basket without packing it tightly, and assemble the moka pot. Place the moka pot on a compatible gas or electric stovetop over medium heat. When coffee starts to emerge into the upper chamber, reduce heat to maintain a gentle flow and remove the pot from heat once brewing is complete. Allow to cool slightly before opening and serving.

Recommendations

Clean the moka pot after each use by rinsing with warm water and avoiding abrasive detergents. Do not put the aluminium body in the dishwasher. Use medium-fine grind coffee and moderate heat for optimal extraction. Regularly check the safety valve for cleanliness and proper function.
