How to use

Place Halo units around the home to ensure even coverage, ideally one unit per floor or large area, and connect one unit to your internet modem via an Ethernet cable. Install the MERCUSYS app on a smartphone, follow the in‑app setup steps to create the unified WiFi network name and password, and allow the system to automatically configure optimal connections and routes between units. Use the app to assign devices, monitor network status, and access parental controls.

Recommendations

For best performance, position Halo units in open areas away from large metal objects and sources of interference; keep a reasonable distance between units (not more than one or two interior walls) to maintain strong mesh links. Note that Halo H series and S series are not compatible with each other.
