Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 with Intel Core i5 and 16GB RAM is a business-class laptop built for reliable everyday productivity. It combines a mid-range Intel processor with ample memory to handle multitasking, office applications, virtual meetings and standard professional software. The chassis and keyboard follow ThinkPad design principles, offering durability and a familiar input experience, while connectivity options support external displays, peripherals and network access for hybrid work environments.

Advantages

This laptop delivers balanced performance for typical business workflows, with 16GB RAM that supports smooth multitasking and an Intel Core i5 processor that keeps common productivity applications responsive. Enterprise-oriented security features and manageability options reduce setup time for IT departments. The build quality and keyboard layout are optimized for frequent typing and travel, and multiple ports provide flexible connections without relying solely on adapters.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Remote work and video conferencing
  • Business applications and light data analysis
  • Frequent travelers and mobile professionals
  • IT-managed corporate deployments

Key specifications

  • Processor family: Intel Core i5 (generation corresponding to L15 Gen 4)
  • Memory: 16GB RAM for multitasking and concurrent applications
  • Display class: 15.6-inch class screen sizing suitable for productivity work
  • Storage options: SSD support for fast system boot and application load times (capacity varies by configuration)
  • Connectivity: multiple wired and wireless interfaces for network access and peripherals
  • Security features: enterprise-focused protections and manageability typical of ThinkPad line
  • Chassis: business-grade construction with a full-size keyboard designed for extended typing

How to use

Set up the ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 by performing an initial system configuration: connect to power, complete the operating system setup, install required business applications and configure network and security settings according to company policy. Use the 16GB of RAM to run multiple browser tabs, office suites and conferencing tools concurrently. Connect external displays and peripherals through the available ports when additional screen space or input devices are needed. Keep drivers and firmware updated to maintain performance and security.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, use an SSD-equipped configuration and enable power profiles appropriate for workloads. When running video conferences or CPU-intensive tasks, ensure ventilation around the chassis and plug in the power adapter to prevent throttling. For corporate environments, enroll the device into device management solutions and apply security policies to protect data and enable remote support.
