Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 (Intel) is a 16" clamshell laptop configured for business and mobile productivity. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor and integrated Intel Arc Graphics 140V, paired with 32 GB LPDDR5x memory and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 2560×1600 WQXGA IPS display with 16:10 aspect ratio delivers high resolution and a balanced workspace, while Windows 11 Pro provides enterprise-capable features and management options. The chassis is finished in black and the laptop weighs approximately 1.61 kg, making it suitable for transport between home, office, and meetings.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V CPU and Intel Arc Graphics 140V enables responsive multitasking and improved performance for graphics‑adjacent workloads. Large LPDDR5x system memory and a 1 TB SSD support fast application loading and ample storage for documents and datasets. Built‑in connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for modern wireless networks, and a selection of ports supports external displays and peripherals. Security features include a discrete TPM and integrated biometric options to help protect access and data.

Suitable for

  • Business productivity and office applications
  • Multitasking and large spreadsheets or databases
  • Content review and light graphics work on a high‑resolution display
  • Remote work and hybrid collaboration with fast wireless connectivity
  • On‑the‑go use where a 16" screen and relatively low weight are required

Key specifications

  • Display: 16" WQXGA (2560 x 1600) IPS, 16:10 aspect ratio
  • Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, up to 4.8 GHz turbo
  • Memory: 32 GB LPDDR5x (high‑speed, soldered)
  • Storage: 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
  • Graphics: Intel Arc Graphics 140V (integrated)
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
  • Wireless: Wi‑Fi 6E (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.3
  • Battery: Lithium‑ion 64 Wh with included 65 W charger
  • Weight: approximately 1.61 kg
  • Color: Black

How to use

Power on the laptop and complete the initial Windows 11 Pro setup, including user account creation and network configuration. Connect to a Wi‑Fi 6E network or wired LAN for updates and enterprise management if required. Use the 1 TB SSD for storing applications and files; the high‑speed LPDDR5x memory supports multiple simultaneous applications. For external displays or peripherals, use the available USB‑C/Thunderbolt and HDMI connections. Enable and configure biometric login (fingerprint or IR camera) and BitLocker or other encryption tools supported by the system for data protection.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, keep system firmware and drivers up to date and use the supplied power adapter during heavy workloads. Regularly back up important data and enable built‑in security protections. When travelling, store the laptop in a padded sleeve to protect the 16" display and carry charger and any required adapters for external monitors or networks.
