Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 7 is a 14" business-class laptop powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor, 32 GB DDR5 memory and a 1 TB SSD. It features a 2.8K (2880 x 1800) display, optional Intel Arc 140T graphics for enhanced visuals and integrated Intel AI Boost for on-device AI acceleration. With a weight of 1.34 kg and Windows 11 Pro, the device is designed for mobile professionals who need performance and responsiveness.

Advantages

High-performance Intel Core Ultra 7 processing and up to 32 GB DDR5 memory provide smooth multitasking and fast data handling. The 2.8K display delivers sharp detail for design and data work, while the 1 TB SSD ensures ample and fast storage. Optional Intel Arc 140T GPU improves visual workloads, and integrated Intel AI Boost (up to 13 TOPS) accelerates real-time translation, transcription and predictive tasks without disproportionately increasing power draw. The 1.34 kg chassis keeps the laptop portable for travel and hybrid work.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking with large spreadsheets and multiple applications
  • Content creation and photo editing that benefit from the 2.8K display and optional Intel Arc 140T
  • On-device AI-accelerated workflows such as transcription, translation and predictive analysis
  • Business users and professionals who require a lightweight, Windows 11 Pro laptop

Use the high-resolution 14" display for detailed visual work and rely on the DDR5 memory and Intel Core Ultra 7 processor for demanding multitasking. For graphically intensive tasks, enable the Intel Arc 140T where available in system settings or application preferences.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep drivers and BIOS updated, use a reputable backup solution for your 1 TB SSD, and enable power profiles appropriate for your workload (balanced for everyday use, high-performance for heavy processing). For reliable on-the-go use, store the laptop in a padded case and avoid prolonged operation on soft surfaces to maintain cooling.
