How to use

Connect the dock to a host device using the built-in USB-C interface. Insert USB-A devices or storage media into the available Type-A ports, and insert a MicroSD or SD card into the corresponding slot to access files. Ensure the host device recognises the connected media via the operating system’s file manager; no additional drivers are typically required for modern Windows, macOS, Chrome OS or Android systems that support USB mass storage. Do not insert both MicroSD and SD cards at the same time.

Recommendations

For reliable data transfers, use high-quality USB cables and avoid removing storage media during active read/write operations. When working with large files, connect to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port on the host to achieve the maximum 5 Gbps transfer rate. Store the dock in a protective sleeve when transporting it to prevent scratches to the aluminum finish.
