Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

13‑inch Apple MacBook Neo in Silver with the A18 Pro system-on-chip delivers a compact laptop optimized for everyday computing and mobile workflows. This model pairs a 6‑core CPU and 5‑core integrated Apple GPU with 8 GB of unified memory and a 512 GB SSD, running macOS Tahoe and supporting Touch ID. The 2408×1506 Liquid Retina display provides high pixel density and wide colour reproduction while the clamshell design and 1.23 kg weight make the device suitable for work on the go.

Advantages

The A18 Pro chip balances single‑thread and multicore performance for common productivity tasks, web applications and light content creation. A 512 GB SSD offers fast storage access and app launch times while 8 GB of unified memory supports efficient multitasking within macOS. The high‑resolution 2408×1506 display delivers clear text and accurate colours for document editing and media viewing. Built‑in Touch ID simplifies secure login and purchases, and the laptop includes modern wireless connectivity with Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 6.0.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity: documents, spreadsheets, email and web browsing
  • Remote work and mobile workflows
  • Light photo editing and creative apps
  • Media consumption: streaming video and image viewing
  • Everyday multitasking with multiple browser tabs and native macOS apps

Key specifications

  • Display: 13‑inch (33 cm) Liquid Retina, 2408 × 1506 pixels, IPS with LED backlight
  • Processor: Apple A18 Pro, 6‑core CPU
  • Graphics: Integrated Apple GPU with 5 cores
  • Memory: 8 GB unified RAM
  • Storage: 512 GB solid‑state drive (SSD)
  • Security: Touch ID fingerprint sensor
  • Wireless: Wi‑Fi 6E (802.11ax), Bluetooth 6.0
  • Battery: Lithium‑Ion 36.5 Wh
  • Operating system: macOS Tahoe
  • Form factor and weight: clamshell laptop, approx. 1.23 kg

How to use

Open the clamshell to power on the MacBook Neo, sign in with Touch ID or your Apple ID, and complete the initial macOS Tahoe setup. Use Finder and the Dock to access apps and the 512 GB SSD for file storage. Connect to Wi‑Fi 6E networks for fast internet access and pair devices via Bluetooth 6.0. Use System Settings to manage energy preferences, displays, and security options; enable automatic software updates to keep the system current. For file transfers, use AirDrop or a USB‑C adapter as required.

Recommendations

For consistent performance, avoid running many heavy virtualization or high‑end 3D rendering tasks simultaneously on the 8 GB configuration; close unused browser tabs and background apps when working with large files. Use built‑in battery settings to extend runtime, and store important data on the SSD and in iCloud for secure backups and easy access across Apple devices.
