Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Apple MacBook Neo 13-inch in Blush is a clamshell laptop designed for portable everyday productivity. Powered by the Apple A18 Pro system-on-chip with a 6-core CPU and integrated 5-core GPU, it pairs efficient compute performance with a 13" (33 cm) Liquid Retina display at 2408×1506 resolution. The MacBook Neo ships with 8 GB of unified memory, a 256 GB SSD for fast storage, macOS Tahoe, and wireless connectivity including Wi‑Fi 6E and Bluetooth 6.0. At 1.23 kg and available in multiple colours, this model targets users who need a lightweight, reliable device for web browsing, media playback and mobile work.

Advantages

The combination of the A18 Pro 6-core CPU and integrated 5-core GPU provides responsive performance for everyday tasks, multitasking and multimedia. The high-resolution 13" Liquid Retina display delivers sharp text and vivid colour reproduction, supporting one billion colours for accurate visuals. A 256 GB SSD ensures quick boot and app load times while 8 GB of unified memory enables smooth switching between common applications. The device’s compact, lightweight design and long battery life make it convenient for commuting or working on the move, and macOS Tahoe offers native integration with Apple services and regular software updates.

Connect to Wi‑Fi 6E networks and pair Bluetooth peripherals through System Settings for wireless accessories.

Recommendations

For balanced daily use, rely on the built‑in SSD for system and frequently used apps while storing large media libraries or archives on external drives or cloud storage.
