How to use

Install the TE210 on a stable surface and connect the power and Ethernet cable. Load media by opening the top cover, placing the label roll on the spindle (1" or 1.5" core) and threading the label and ribbon (for thermal transfer) through the print path. Adjust gap or black mark sensor positions for the media type in use. Use the printer's emulation settings and font engine to match existing label formats, then send print jobs from your workstation or POS system over the wired LAN. Replace the printhead or platen roller as needed; both parts are user-replaceable without tools.

Recommendations

For reliable, long-term operation use recommended thermal transfer ribbons and label stock, keep the media path clean, and store labels and ribbons in a dry, moderate-temperature environment.
