Kitchen machine Gorenje SBR1500E — multifunctional countertop appliance, model SBR1500E

The Gorenje SBR1500E food processor combines a 1500 W motor with a 2 L stainless-steel–finished bowl to handle everyday kitchen tasks such as chopping, mixing and kneading. Its compact footprint (265×430×290 mm) and 5.9 kg weight suit home kitchens where space is limited but performance is required. The unit features a metal and plastic housing with a stainless-steel look, an LED display and a control layout that includes both a rotary selector and push buttons for straightforward operation.

A built-in LED display gives clear feedback on selected speed and functions, while the combination of metal and plastic in the housing keeps the appliance durable yet reasonably lightweight. The 2 L bowl capacity is sized for typical household batches without occupying excessive counter space.

Recommendations

For best results when kneading, add liquids gradually and use medium to high speeds to develop gluten without overheating the motor. When crushing ice, use short pulses and avoid overfilling the bowl. Clean removable parts according to the manufacturer's instructions and dry thoroughly before storage to maintain performance and hygiene.
