How to use

Place the mixer on a stable surface and lock the LightLift head in the lowered position. Attach the required mixing tool and place the 5 L or 3.5 L bowl into the drive. Use EasyWeigh™ to measure ingredients directly into the bowl or into compatible attachments as needed. Select the appropriate speed for the task, starting low for dry ingredients and increasing gradually. To add ingredients, press the head release to raise the LightLift head, add items, then lower the head and continue mixing. After use, switch off and unplug before removing bowls and tools for cleaning according to the user manual.

Recommendations

For best results when making meringues and mousses, use the delicate fold function and the smaller 3.5 L bowl. For heavy doughs, use the 5 L bowl and start kneading at a lower speed to avoid strain on ingredients and the motor.
