How to use

Mount the camera on a suitable outdoor wall surface using the bullet camera bracket and fasteners. Connect the camera to a network switch or PoE-enabled port via Ethernet cable for power and data. Configure the camera through Hikvision management software or a compatible NVR to set resolution, frame rate, motion detection and storage options. Adjust the 2.8 mm lens orientation and use the rotation feature to achieve the desired coverage and detection range.

Recommendations

Install the camera at an appropriate height and angle to avoid direct glare from lights and to maximize the effective detection distance. Use PoE for simplified cabling and ensure network and recording devices are secured and regularly updated for reliable operation.
