The Hikvision DS-2CD1343G2-LIU(2.8mm) Dome is a 4 MP IP security camera designed for indoor and outdoor fixed surveillance. How to use

Mount the camera on a suitable ceiling or wall surface using the included mounting points and ensure cabling for power and network is routed according to local standards. For PoE installations connect a compatible IEEE 802.3af switch or injector; alternatively provide 12 V DC and up to 0.4 A on the DC output. Configure the device through its web interface or the Hik-Connect mobile app, set desired resolution, frame rate and enable motion detection, privacy masking or ROI encoding as needed. Position the camera angle using pan and tilt controls to cover the required scene and verify night vision performance in low-light conditions.

Recommendations

Use shielded outdoor-rated Ethernet cable for PoE installations and ensure the mounting position provides unobstructed view and protection from direct weather exposure where possible.
