The InLine® USB 3.2 Gen.1 industrial hub is specially designed for professional use in demanding conditions. With ten powerful USB-A 3.2 Gen.1 ports and a maximum transfer rate of 5 Gb/s, it is a reliable connection solution for industrial IT and control systems. The high-quality aluminium housing protects against mechanical stress and enables safe operation even at extreme ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. Thanks to the flexible mounting options – DIN rail or wall bracket – the hub can be easily integrated into existing infrastructures.
Integrated protection against short circuits, overvoltage and electrostatic discharge ensures additional safety during operation. Power is supplied either via a supplied external power supply unit or alternatively via a 2-pin terminal connection. How to use

Mount the hub on a DIN rail or attach it to a wall bracket in the chosen enclosure. Connect the host computer using the USB-A to USB-B cable and provide power either with the supplied external power supply (connect to DC IN) or via the 2‑pin terminal block. Attach USB devices to the ten USB-A ports. The device is recognized automatically by Windows, MacOS and Linux and requires no driver installation. Observe polarity and connector types when using the terminal connection or DC input.

Recommendations

Install the hub in a ventilated, dust-reduced location and ensure the power supply rating matches the combined current consumption of connected devices. Use the DIN rail or wall mounting to secure the unit and employ grounded cabling in environments with higher ESD risk.
