Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

HyperX Cirro Buds Pro True Wireless Earbuds provide hybrid active noise cancellation and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity in a compact in-ear design. Designed for mobile gaming, music and calls, these black earbuds offer IPX4 splash resistance, a frequency response of 20–20000 Hz and a short 0.3 m cable for charging or wired use. Battery life extends up to 35 hours on a full charge and the case can fully recharge the earbuds in about 40 minutes.

Advantages

Hybrid ANC reduces ambient noise for focused listening while Ambient Sound Mode lets selected background sounds through when situational awareness is needed. Bluetooth 5.2 ensures a stable low-latency connection for gaming and media. IPX4 rating provides protection against sweat and light splashes, and three sizes of ear tips are included to help achieve a secure, comfortable fit. Fast charging and long total playback time support extended use away from power sources.

Key specifications

How to use

Charge the earbuds using the included 0.3 m cable and the charging case until the indicator shows a full charge. Remove the earbuds from the case to power them on and initiate Bluetooth pairing on your device; select "HyperX Cirro Buds Pro" in the Bluetooth menu. Use the touch controls on the earbuds to play/pause audio, answer calls, switch between ANC and Ambient Sound Mode, or adjust other supported functions as described in the user manual.

Recommendations

For best ANC performance and comfort, try the different ear tip sizes to achieve a good seal. Switch to Ambient Sound Mode in situations where you need to hear announcements or traffic. Avoid submerging the earbuds in water despite their IPX4 rating, and store them in the case when not in use to preserve battery.

True Wireless Earbuds with Hybrid ANC

The Cirro Buds Pro utilize hybrid active noise cancellation with 2 microphones per earbud to reduce wind noise and other unwanted sounds, so you’ll stay focused on what you want to listen to.

Stay Alert with Ambient Sound Mode

For people who like to be a bit more aware of their surroundings, switch to Ambient Sound Mode, so you can hear the captain turning off the seatbelt sign and other important sounds.

Low-Latency Audio Connectivity for Mobile Gaming

Activate the Game Mode on HyperX Cirro Buds Pro to enable a 90ms low latency connection.

6/10

“The wireless budget earbud market is almost comically overcrowded. A search of earbuds on Amazon reveals a dizzying barrage of no-name buds with lengthy feature lists that prove short on substance.”
