We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

The ProLite T2234MSC-B7X uses 10 pt Projective Capacitive touch technology, built into an eye catching bezel with edge-to-edge glass. Featuring IPS technology, it offers exceptional colour performance and wide viewing angles, making it a perfect display for Interactive Digital Signage, kiosk integrators, Instore Retail, Gaming and Interactive Presentations. In addition to the superb image quality, the monitor comes with IP65 rating, which means it is dust and water resistant and with Touch-Through-Glass technology delivering seamless and accurate touch response for true kiosk integration or behind-glass-retail.

TOUCH TECHNOLOGY - CAPACITIVE
This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with human finger (also latex gloved) and stylus-pen.
