We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

The iiyama GB2790QSU-B5 computer monitor 27" Wide Quad HD LCD 2560 x 1440 is a 27-inch IPS LCD display designed for general-purpose desktop use where sharp detail and wide viewing angles are required. The 2560 x 1440 resolution provides higher pixel density than Full HD, while the matte surface reduces reflections during extended use. The panel offers a 1 ms response time and 178° viewing angles horizontally and vertically. Built-in speakers and an integrated USB hub (USB 2.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 1) add convenience for everyday connectivity. The display supports VESA mounting and includes height adjustment for ergonomic positioning.
The IPS panel ensures consistent colour and clarity across wide viewing angles, useful for multi-user viewing and precise on-screen work. The Wide Quad HD resolution increases workspace area and improves detail visibility for documents, spreadsheets and image review. A fast 1 ms response time reduces motion blur in fast-moving content. The matte coating limits glare from ambient light, supporting longer comfortable use. Integrated speakers and a USB hub simplify connections without the need for extra peripherals, while VESA compatibility and height adjustment allow flexible placement and ergonomic setup.
Place the monitor on a stable desk surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible arm or bracket. Connect video using a compatible cable from your computer’s graphics output to the monitor input that matches your system. Use the on-screen display (OSD) menu to adjust brightness, contrast and colour settings to suit your environment. Plug USB devices into the integrated hub and connect audio sources or headphones as needed. Adjust the stand height to set the screen at a comfortable eye level and tilt to reduce reflections.
The monitor is suitable for sustained daily use; to minimise eye fatigue, set brightness to match ambient light, enable any available low-blue-light or flicker-free settings, and take regular breaks during long sessions. For colour-critical work, perform monitor calibration with a dedicated calibrator and allow the screen to warm up for accurate colour rendering.
