The Electrolux EAF5B hot air fryer combines a compact footprint with a 5 L cooking basket and 1500 W power to deliver crisp results with significantly less oil. Designed in black with touch controls and an LED display, this model is sized to fit most countertops while handling up to approximately 2.3 kg of food per cycle. The appliance uses rapid hot air circulation to brown and cook foods evenly, offering a practical alternative to deep frying for everyday meals.

The 5 L capacity balances family-sized portions and kitchen space, and the touchscreen with LED display simplifies temperature and time adjustments. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for smaller kitchens, and the design supports lower-oil cooking to help reduce overall fat content in prepared dishes.

How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance around the unit. Insert the basket and add food in a single layer where possible for even air circulation. Use the touch controls to set temperature and cooking time according to the food type; consult the appliance manual for recommended settings. Start the cycle and, if a recipe suggests, shake the basket or flip items partway through cooking to achieve uniform browning. After the cycle ends, allow the basket to cool slightly before removing food.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the fryer briefly when preparing frozen items and avoid overfilling the basket—crowding reduces airflow and crisping efficiency. Use a light spray of oil for vegetables or proteins when a golden finish is desired. Clean the basket and tray regularly following the manufacturer’s care instructions to maintain performance and hygiene.
