Hikvision HWN-4216MH-16P(D) 16-Channel NVR with 16-Port PoE Switch, AcuSense, 2 HDD Bays

The Hikvision HWN-4216MH-16P(D) is a high-performance 16-channel network video recorder (NVR) with an integrated 16-port PoE switch, designed for professional surveillance systems. It supports up to 12 MP resolution recording and features AcuSense smart analytics for accurate human/vehicle detection, perimeter protection, and facial recognition. With a PoE budget of 200 W (up to 30 W per port), it powers IP cameras directly, simplifying installation. The NVR offers dual HDD bays supporting up to 20 TB total storage, ensuring ample capacity for long-term recording.

Advantages

This NVR combines recording and PoE switching in one unit, reducing equipment costs and cabling. AcuSense technology minimizes false alarms by filtering out irrelevant motion, enhancing security efficiency. The 16 independent PoE ports provide reliable power to cameras, and the 200 W budget supports high-power devices like PTZ cameras. With H.265+ compression, storage space is optimized without compromising video quality.

Suitable for

• Medium to large retail stores, offices, and warehouses requiring 16 IP cameras
• Surveillance systems needing smart detection and facial recognition
• Installations where centralized power and recording are preferred
