How to use

Attach the Polar Pro strap to the sensor and fasten the strap around your chest so that the electrodes sit against the skin. Pair the Polar H10 via Bluetooth with a compatible Polar watch, the Polar Beat app or another supported app or gym device. For swimming, ensure the strap is secure and start your session; heart rate data can be transmitted in real time or recorded for later transfer to Polar Beat. To transfer recorded data after training, open Polar Beat and sync the device with the app.

Recommendations
