The Cycplus H1 is a heart rate sensor armband designed to accurately monitor heart rate during workouts. The device offers high measurement accuracy of ±1 BPM, and supports Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity for seamless interoperability with cycling computers, sports watches and popular workout apps. It also boasts an IP67 rating and a runtime of up to about 110 hours. Dynamic heart rate zones with LED indication

The armband is equipped with a system of dynamic heart rate zones, signaled by the color of the LED indicator. The indicator changes color depending on the current range, covering ranges up to 80 BPM, from 80 to 140 BPM and above 140 BPM. This arrangement allows you to quickly assess the intensity of your workout and adjust your effort in real time.

Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity

The H1 supports Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity for broad compatibility with various devices and platforms. How to use

Place the Cycplus H1 sensor in the PRO STRAP and position it on the upper arm or chest area where it sits firmly against the skin. Ensure the non-slip silicone side faces the skin and adjust the strap for a secure fit without restricting circulation. Turn on the sensor and pair it with a compatible device via Bluetooth or ANT+ following the device’s pairing procedure. Monitor heart rate in real time on your cycling computer, sports watch or app; the built-in LED will indicate the current heart rate zone. After use, remove the sensor from the strap for charging using the magnetic cable and wash the textile strap as needed according to the care instructions.

Recommendations

For accurate readings, place the armband firmly against clean, dry skin and avoid placing it over clothing. Pair the sensor with your device before starting a session and check that the firmware or app settings are configured for external heart rate sensors. Rinse or wash the PRO STRAP regularly to prevent salt or sweat buildup, and recharge the sensor after extended use to maintain continuous monitoring.
