How to use

Attach the HRM-Fit clip to the center of a medium- or high-support sports bra so the sensor sits flat against the body. Pair the monitor with a compatible Garmin smartwatch, Edge bike computer or supported app via Bluetooth or ANT+. During workouts, start the activity on your paired device; if you remove the device or go out of range, the monitor will store heart rate and performance data and forward it once the connection is re-established. For running on a treadmill or indoor track, pair the monitor to your compatible Garmin watch to receive pace and distance data.
