How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable 230 V outlet. Install the detachable grill plate and ensure the collector bowl is correctly positioned. Set the rotary thermostat to the desired temperature and allow the integrated heating element to warm the plate. Place food on the appropriate surface (ridged for steaks/fish, smooth for sausages/vegetables) and cover with the glass lid for juicier results. After cooking, turn the control to off, unplug the unit and allow it to cool before removing and cleaning the grill plate and collector bowl.
