How to use

Place the Steba RC 108 on a flat, heat-resistant surface and connect the power cord to a suitable 230 V outlet. Select and install the desired grill plate (stone or non-stick aluminium) and arrange the pans and trays. Preheat the unit using the temperature control to the required setting, indicated by the power-control light. Cook food on the grill plate or in the individual pans, adjusting temperature as needed. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow it to cool before removing plates, pans and trays for cleaning.
