How to use

Preheat the grill plate on the chosen hob to the required cooking temperature. Lightly oil the surface or the food if desired. Place food on the preheated grill plate and cook, turning as needed for even searing. Avoid using metal utensils to preserve the non-stick Biostone® Pro coating; use wood, silicone or nylon utensils. After use, allow the plate to cool slightly, then wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive scouring pads.
