Advantages

The drive combines a 12nm Phison E18 controller, 8 NAND channels with up to 32 CE and DDR4 SLC caching to provide sustained high throughput and low latency for demanding tasks. Selected 3D TLC NAND running at over 1600 MT/s increases performance compared with previous-generation NAND.
