Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

GEMBIRD WM-90ST-02 is a full-motion TV wall mount for screens from 43 to 90 inches. The articulating bracket supports tilt, swivel and extension to position VESA-compatible flat and curved TVs at the desired viewing angle and to fold the screen closer to the wall when not in use. The mount is finished in black and rated for a maximum load of 50 kg.

Advantages

The articulating arm provides a wide range of motion including tilt, swivel and extension, enabling precise adjustment of the screen position. Compatibility with common VESA mounting patterns ensures straightforward installation on most modern flat and curved TVs within the specified size range. A compact folded profile saves space and the metal construction supports a stable, secure attachment for displays up to 50 kg.

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the wall plate securely to a suitable wall structure using appropriate anchors and screws for the wall material, then attach the bracket to the television following the VESA hole pattern. Lift the TV onto the wall plate with assistance and secure the locking mechanisms according to the included instructions. Adjust tilt, swivel and extension to the desired viewing angle and tighten any adjustment screws to fix the position.

Recommendations

Ensure the wall and fixings can support the combined weight of the mount and television (maximum 50 kg). Use two people for lifting and mounting the screen, and follow the TV manufacturer’s instructions for mounting. Periodically check all fasteners and adjustment points for tightness.
