Surfaces feature a non-stick coating and a Thermo-Spot heat indicator. The cookware is ovenproof, dishwasher-safe and compatible with halogen hobs. The set is intended for frying, sautéing, simmering and oven finishing; avoid metal utensils to protect the coating.

Advantages

The aluminium construction delivers even heat distribution while keeping the set lightweight. The Thermo-Spot heat indicator shows when pans reach the optimal cooking temperature, supporting consistent results. Detachable handles allow stacking and save storage space, and they make the pans ovenproof. Non-stick coating reduces the need for oil and simplifies cleaning; the set is also dishwasher-safe for convenient maintenance. Compatibility with halogen hobs expands possible stove use.

How to use

Attach the detachable handle to a pan by aligning and locking it into place before heating. Use the Thermo-Spot to determine when the pan has reached the recommended cooking temperature. Use low to medium heat for most tasks to preserve the non-stick coating and obtain even results. To use in the oven, remove the handles and place pans and lids directly in the oven according to the recipe’s temperature limits. After cooking, allow cookware to cool slightly before cleaning.

Recommendations

Do not use metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent; while the set is dishwasher-safe, hand washing will extend the coating life. Avoid exposing empty pans to high heat for prolonged periods. Follow stove and oven manufacturer guidance for cookware use on halogen hob surfaces.
