How to use

Preheat the pan on low to medium heat before adding food. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. Cook with minimal oil for best non-stick results and avoid overheating an empty pan. After use, allow the pan to cool before washing; clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Whitford QuanTanium® coating, avoid cooking at very high temperatures, do not use metal utensils, and store the pan with the included protector or a soft separator between pans.
