How to use

For screw mounting, align the grill with the fan's 32 x 32 mm mounting holes and secure it using the supplied black-coated screws. For tool-free mounting, insert the rubber plugs into the fan’s mounting holes, place the grill over the plugs and push the plastic pins through to lock the grill in place. If the optional 5 mm offset cannot be accommodated, the push-pins can be shortened with a cutter or scissors.

Recommendations

Use the push-pin mounting when possible to gain the acoustic and airflow benefits of the 5 mm offset; use screws when a stronger mechanical attachment is required or when there is insufficient clearance for the offset.
