How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level countertop and ensure it is unplugged while assembling or cleaning. Install the blade cover and carriage according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Plug in the unit, place the food on the carriage and switch the machine on using the front On/Off switch. Move the carriage steadily to feed the product against the rotating serrated blade and adjust slice thickness up to 20 mm as needed. After use, switch off and unplug the slicer, remove the blade cover and carriage, and clean removable parts following the cleaning guidance provided by Graef.

Recommendations

For safe and long-lasting performance, allow the blade to come to a complete stop before removing the blade cover or touching the blade. Clean the removable blade and carriage regularly and avoid slicing bones or very hard frozen items not recommended by the manufacturer.
