How to use

Assemble the chosen cutting disc or attachment and secure the stainless steel knife according to the user manual. Place trimmed meat, fish or vegetables on the metal tray and feed them into the feed tube while the motor runs. Use the reverse function if the feed becomes blocked. For juicing, mount the slow-juice attachment and follow the same feeding procedure, collecting juice in a suitable container. Always switch off and unplug the unit before disassembling and cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, cut ingredients into pieces that fit easily into the feed tube, remove large bones, and keep the knife and discs clean and dry after washing. Allow the motor to rest during prolonged heavy use to prevent overheating.
