How to use

Assemble the grinder according to the manual, choosing the desired plate and securing the blade and plate in position. Connect the appliance to a compatible 220–240 V, 50 Hz outlet. Feed suitably cut and chilled meat into the hopper and use the pusher to guide it through the feed tube while the motor runs. After use, switch off and unplug the unit, disassemble the removable parts and clean them according to the instructions.
