How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a 230 V outlet. Fit the desired plate (flat or grill) and close the handle lock if required. Set the upper and lower plate temperatures using the adjustable controls and monitor settings on the LED display. Allow the grill to preheat to the selected temperature before placing food on the plates. Use the 99-minute timer to control cooking time. After use, switch the unit off, unplug it and allow it to cool before removing the plates for cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the plates to the chosen temperature and avoid using metal utensils on the non-stick surface. Drain excess fat into the integrated collector tray and clean the detachable plates after they have cooled to preserve the non-stick coating and stainless steel housing.
