Display EKWB EK-Quantum Lumen 7 inch LCD, aluminium, black, 192×112×16.1 mm

EKWB EK-Quantum Lumen 7" LCD is a 7-inch IPS display in a black anodized aluminum housing, sized 192 × 112 × 16.1 mm. Designed for integration into custom PC cooling and control setups, the module functions as an additional desktop display or an in-case visual panel. The screen supports a native resolution of 1024 × 600 pixels and connects to a host via HDMI 2.0 for video and either an internal USB Type-A or an external USB Type-C for touch/communication and power. The CNC-machined aluminum frame includes grooves and notches for tidy cable routing and offers mounting hole spacing compatible with standard 120 mm fan positions for in-chassis installation.

Advantages

The EK-Quantum Lumen 7" LCD combines an IPS panel for wide viewing angles and accurate colors with a robust anodized aluminum frame that resists wear and assists heat dispersion. Its compact 7" diagonal and 1024×600 resolution provide sufficient workspace for monitoring data or displaying custom graphics without overwhelming the interior of a PC. Included HDMI 2.0 and USB cables simplify connection both for internal use and as an external monitor. Multiple mounting positions aligned to 120 mm fan holes allow flexible placement inside many modern cases.

Suitable for

• In-case system monitoring of temperatures, fan RPM and other telemetry
• External secondary display for dashboards, widgets or media
• Aesthetic displays showing animations, GIFs or custom images
• Integration with custom liquid-cooling and control panels

How to use

For in-case installation, position the display over a standard 120 mm fan mounting location using the provided mounting hole alignment options and route the HDMI and USB cables through the rear grooves to keep cabling neat. Connect the HDMI 2.0 cable to your graphics output and the internal USB Type-A to a motherboard header or an internal USB hub to enable touch/communication features. For external use, connect the HDMI and USB Type-C cables to the host device. The display will be recognized by the operating system as an additional monitor; configure resolution and orientation through your OS display settings. Adjust placement or rotate the screen if using compatible mounting brackets to achieve the desired viewing angle.

Recommendations

To maintain consistent performance and a clean installation, use the included HDMI 2.0 and USB cables, secure the display to standard 120 mm mounting points, and route cables through the integrated back grooves. Avoid exposing the aluminum frame to abrasive cleaners; wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. If used inside the chassis, ensure airflow is sufficient to prevent heat buildup behind the display.
