How to use

Mount the DED7622 securely on a dedicated drill stand that has been anchored to the floor. Fit an appropriate diamond crown (80–205 mm) onto the 1 ¼" threaded shank and verify it is tightened to the manufacturer’s torque recommendations. Connect the water supply to the integrated dosing system and set a steady water flow to cool the crown during drilling. Start the drill and use steady, controlled pressure while maintaining the rotational speed; avoid hammer mode as the machine is designed for non-hammered core drilling. After finishing each hole, stop the rotation before removing the crown and allow the assembly to cool.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, hearing protection, gloves) and ensure the work area is clear of bystanders.
