Draka GreenConnect Cat7 S/FTP Outdoor PE Data Cable 4x2xAWG23 500m Drum

10 Gigabit Ethernet over 100 meters with a 1000 MHz bandwidth and double shielding (S/FTP) – this Cat7 cable is built for high-speed outdoor networking where reliability is non-negotiable. Its 4 pairs of 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors ensure low attenuation and support Power over Ethernet up to 100W (PoE++), making it ideal for IP cameras, wireless access points, and small cells in harsh environments.

Overview

Engineered for demanding outdoor installations, this Cat7 cable combines high-performance copper conductors with robust shielding and a rugged jacket. Each pair is wrapped in aluminum foil (PiMF), and the entire core is covered by a tinned copper braid, providing superior protection against electromagnetic interference and alien crosstalk. The black polyethylene outer sheath is UV-stable, waterproof, and rodent-resistant, suitable for direct burial, conduit, or aerial lashing. With a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, it withstands extreme conditions while maintaining stable 10GBASE-T connections.

What stands out

• Double shielding (S/FTP) with foil-per-pair and overall tinned copper braid for maximum EMI immunity.
• 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors minimize resistance, enabling efficient PoE++ power delivery up to 100W.
• UV-stable, waterproof PE jacket resists moisture, rodents, and temperature extremes from -40°C to +70°C.
• Supplied on a 500-meter drum, reducing waste and simplifying large-scale deployments.
