How to use

Select a rotary hammer drill with an SDS+ chuck and ensure the machine’s power and mode are suitable for diamond core drilling. Mark the hole position and, if possible, use a guide or pilot mark to stabilize the bit at start-up. Fit the Distar T-Concrete core bit into the SDS+ chuck until it locks. Start drilling at low speed to seat the bit, then apply steady pressure and use the hammer function as required for the substrate. Maintain a consistent feed rate without forcing the bit; allow the diamond segments to cut. Periodically withdraw the bit to clear dust and remove the core.
