DeLOCK USB Type-C Splitter DP Alt Mode to 3 x DisplayPort MST 4K 60 Hz

This Delock USB Type-C splitter lets you connect three DisplayPort monitors to a computer with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. The device functions as a Multi-Stream Transport (MST) hub so all three outputs can be used simultaneously and arranged as an extended desktop. The splitter supports DisplayPort 1.4 bandwidth, enabling up to three 4K (3840 x 2160) displays at 60 Hz and is compatible with Windows 10 and 11. The compact adapter measures 36 mm x 87 mm x 12 mm and comes in black.

Advantages

The MST hub enables individual control of each connected monitor in Windows and allows combining them into one large virtual display. Support for DisplayPort 1.4 provides the bandwidth needed for triple 4K@60 Hz output. The adapter supports HDCP 1.4 and 2.2 and features a short integrated USB-C cable for a compact footprint.

How to use

Connect the USB-C plug of the splitter to a computer USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Attach up to three DisplayPort monitors to the splitter’s DisplayPort outputs using DP cables. In Windows 10/11 the monitors are detected individually; configure display arrangement and resolution in the system display settings. Ensure source device drivers and firmware are up to date for proper MST operation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use high-quality DisplayPort cables and verify that the host USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and sufficient bandwidth. When running three 4K@60 Hz displays, ensure the source device supports DisplayPort 1.4 MST and that graphics drivers are current.
