We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Place the monitor on a stable surface or mount it using a VESA-compatible arm or bracket. Connect power and video source via the preferred input on the monitor, then connect peripherals to the built-in USB hub or the USB-C downstream port as needed. Adjust the height and tilt of the stand for comfortable viewing. Use system display settings to set resolution to 1920 x 1080 and adjust brightness and color preferences.
For prolonged comfortable use, position the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level, maintain an arm’s length viewing distance, and use the TÜV eye-comfort features and appropriate brightness to reduce eye strain.
