How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a properly grounded outlet. Preheat the grill according to the adjustable thermostat setting appropriate for the food type. Position food items on the lower plate, lower the top plate to make contact, and monitor progress through the thermostat or cooking indicators. Use heat-resistant utensils when removing food and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions regarding ventilation and placement.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the grill to the correct temperature for the food being cooked, avoid overcrowding the 800 cm² surface to ensure even cooking, and clean the cooking plates after each use once cooled. Use the adjustable thermostat to match cooking temperatures for steaks, sandwiches or vegetables and allow thicker cuts to rest briefly after grilling for optimal juiciness.
