How to use

Select the approximate diameter using the knurled adjustment screw and secure the setting with the lock nut. Place the insulated conductor into the stripper so the blade aligns with the insulation to be removed, then rotate or pull the tool as appropriate to cut the insulation and withdraw it from the conductor. For fine‑stranded conductors adjust the screw to a shallower cut to avoid nicking the strands.

Recommendations

For safe and effective stripping, verify the adjusted blade depth on a scrap piece of the same cable before working on live installations. Do not use the tool on hardened steel conductors or conductors with unknown insulation materials.
