The Cable Organizer Cimco 18 6222 is a spiral band made of durable polyethylene (PE) for bundling and protecting cables. With a width of 10 mm and a length of 10 m, it is designed for efficient and tidy routing of cables, wire harnesses and cable bundles in cable manufacturing, electronics, switch cabinet engineering, control and plant engineering. The spiral design allows adaptable diameters, re-opening and re-use, and can be wound around existing cable bundles for retrofitting.

How to use

Measure the length required for the cable bundle and cut the spiral band to the desired length if necessary. Wrap the spiral band around the cable bundle by winding it along the bundle; the spiral profile allows the band to expand to fit different diameters. For spaced winding reduce material by increasing the pitch between turns to improve flexibility. To create branches, continue winding and route individual cables through the spiral gaps at the desired points. The band can be reopened and repositioned as needed.
