The Cable insulation Cimco 18 6200 is a 10 m roll of polyethylene spiral wrap that enables neat, flexible and reusable cable bundling, protects against abrasion and provides light stiffening for cable harnesses. The product is halogen-free, silicone-free and flame resistant, with a temperature range from -20 °C to +65 °C. Customised lengths are possible to avoid material waste.

When wound with spacing, it uses less material and increases bundle flexibility. How to use

Wrap the spiral band around the cable bundle starting at one end and advance along the length until the required coverage is reached. For branches, leave spacing or apply the spiral so that individual cables can be pulled out through the openings; the band can be reopened and rewrapped if adjustment is needed. Cut to the requested customised length if necessary and secure the ends by overlapping a few turns.

Recommendations

Store the roll in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve material properties. Avoid use above +65 °C or below -20 °C and keep away from open flame despite the flame-resistant property. For long-term mechanical stress or outdoor exposure, verify suitability for the specific application.
