Built-in extractor TEKA GFH 73 stainless steel, 730×172×310 mm, max extraction 297 m³/h, 3 speeds, halogen lighting

The Teka GFH 73 is a built-in stainless steel kitchen extractor hood designed for compact kitchens up to 10 m². It combines a double-turbine motor and metal grease filters to remove cooking fumes effectively. The unit offers three extraction speeds, integrated halogen lighting and a push-button control panel for straightforward operation. Available in 55 cm and 73 cm widths, the GFH 73 model has a tested maximum extraction value and a recirculation capacity suitable for smaller cooking spaces.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction and soft-design metal filters provide durable, easy-to-clean surfaces while maintaining a discreet appearance. A double turbine motor delivers stable airflow across three speeds, and integrated halogen lamps offer focused illumination of the cooking area. The extractor’s compact built-in design and modest noise level (46 dBA) make it well suited to open-plan or small kitchens where space and acoustic comfort matter.

Suitable for

• Kitchens up to 10 m²
• Built-in installation above cooktops
• Homes requiring moderate extraction and low installation depth

How to use

Install the Teka GFH 73 as a built-in hood above the cooking surface following the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Select the appropriate extraction speed using the push-button controls before and during cooking to remove steam and odors. Use the halogen lamps for task lighting over the cooktop. For recirculation setups, ensure the charcoal filters (if required) are installed according to the installation guide.

Recommendations

Regularly clean or replace the metal grease filters and, when used in recirculation mode, replace any charcoal filters as recommended by TEKA. Operate the hood on a higher speed when frying or grilling to improve extraction efficiency and reduce odors; return to a lower speed for simmering or after cooking to reduce noise and energy consumption.
