How to use

Install the hood on a suitable wall above the cooking surface following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and local regulations. Connect the exhaust to ducting if performing ducted extraction, or install the unit with the aluminium/carbon filter fitted for recirculating operation. Use the scrollbar control to select the required fan speed and switch lights on as needed. Regularly replace or clean the grease filter and wipe the stainless steel surface with a non-abrasive cleaner.
