We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.

Our ScanEssentials software provides you with additional features which you can tailor to your business. Set up a dedicated user interface with one-touch scanning and the ability to add up to 56 shortcuts to frequently used destinations. You can also use an optional external cardreader to make the scanning process even easier. Just tap the card and add your documents into the ADF to automatically and securely capture the information on the page.

How to use

Place documents face up in the automatic document feeder, align edges and adjust guides to match paper width. Use the touch panel or buttons to select the desired scan profile and destination (e-mail server, FTP, HTTP, PC or SMB). For best results choose the appropriate resolution and duplex settings; the scanner will process batches automatically through the 100-sheet ADF. Consult the driver options (ISIS or SANE) on your computer for advanced settings and format choices.

Recommendations

For consistent results, separate stapled or folded documents and ensure pages are free of excessive dust or debris before feeding. Select media weight settings when scanning thick or plastic cards, and use supported drivers for integration with document management systems.
