Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The BenQ PD2506Q is a 25-inch 2K Ultra HD LED monitor with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and an IPS panel. It delivers accurate color reproduction and a 5 ms response time, supporting HDR400 for improved brightness, black level and color uniformity. The monitor includes a USB-C port with 65W power delivery, a built-in USB hub, KVM switch, DisplayPort MST support and built-in speakers. Ergonomic adjustability and BenQ’s eye-care technologies help reduce eye fatigue during extended use.

Advantages

This monitor provides reliable color accuracy and ICCsync support to match ICC profiles between computer and display. HDR400 enhances dynamic range for design work while multiple color modes — Darkroom, Animation, CAD/CAM and ePaper — let you view only the detail needed for specific tasks. USB-C enables single-cable video, data and power, and the integrated KVM switch simplifies multitasking between connected systems. Display Pilot software adds designer-focused controls and easy color-mode management.

Suitable for

  • Graphic design and digital illustration
  • CAD/CAM and technical drafting
  • Photo editing and color-critical workflows
  • Office work and multitasking with multiple computers
  • Reading and editing digital publications

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 25" (63.5 cm)
  • Resolution: 2560 x 1440 (2K Ultra HD)
  • Panel type: IPS, LED backlight
  • Response time: 5 ms
  • Brightness (typical): 350 cd/m²; HDR: HDR400
  • Contrast ratio (typical): 1000:1
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9; Screen shape: Flat
  • USB-C with 65W power delivery; built-in USB hub (downstream ports: 1 USB-C)
  • Built-in speakers; VESA mounting; DisplayPort MST

How to use

Connect your computer via USB-C or DisplayPort/HDMI and, if required, enable DisplayPort MST to extend screens across multiple displays. Use the Display Pilot software or on-screen controls to select color modes (Darkroom, Animation, CAD/CAM, ePaper) and to apply ICC profiles via ICCsync. If you work with more than one computer, use the KVM switch to toggle control and share keyboard/mouse between systems. Adjust height and tilt for an ergonomic viewing position before long sessions.

Recommendations

For color-critical tasks, calibrate the monitor with a hardware colorimeter and use ICCsync to ensure consistent color reproduction across devices. Use ePaper mode for extended reading, Darkroom mode in low-light environments, and enable HDR400 when working on high dynamic range content. Maintain ergonomic posture and take regular breaks to reduce eye strain during prolonged use.
