Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Comfort, connectivity, and performance in a 27” Full HD display. The 27P2Q features a flat 27" IPS/3FL panel with Full HD (1920×1080) resolution in a slim three-sided frameless design. It offers wide 178°/178° viewing angles, 4 ms response time, 75 Hz refresh rate and Adaptive-Sync support. The stand allows height adjustment, tilt and swivel for ergonomic positioning. Built-in connectivity includes USB 3.2 hub and compatibility with HDMI, DisplayPort (DP), VGA and DVI interfaces.

Advantages

The 27P2Q delivers consistent image quality from wide viewing angles thanks to the IPS panel, while a 75 Hz refresh rate and Adaptive‑Sync reduce screen tearing and stutter. Ergonomic stand adjustments support comfortable long-term use. Multiple input options and an integrated USB 3.2 hub simplify connection to laptops and peripherals without additional adapters.

How to use

Connect the video source using HDMI, DP, VGA or DVI according to the available output on your computer. Use the USB 3.2 hub to attach peripherals or transfer data. Enable Adaptive‑Sync in the source device or graphics driver if supported to reduce tearing. Adjust brightness, contrast and colour settings through the on-screen menu to match your workspace lighting.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use DisplayPort or HDMI connections and enable Adaptive‑Sync when available. Position the monitor so the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level and take regular breaks during extended use.
